Sooner than later: B"sd testosterone therapy suppresses gondadotropins - LH, FSH that stimulate function of the testes - long term use will result in testicles shrinking. Clomid (clomiphene) is a SERM - selective estrogen receptor modulator that blocks estrogen at the pituitary, hypothalamus and stimulates release of LH,FSH in turn stimulating the testicle to produce testosterone. Transition may take a long time and even fail.
