Clomid: At 35 yo and attempting to conceive with the use of clomid may not be the best idea. At this age, if unable to conceive I'm more than 6months, both couple need to be evaluated. Secondly, clomid have antiestrogenic effect at the endometrium and causes ovarian cyst formation. Once evaluated, the right assisted reproductive technology can be recommended. Good luck.
