Not an STD: In direct reply: no. It is not possible to have symptoms of any infection, STD or otherwise, an hour after catching it. The minimum is 2-3 days. In addition, no STD causes symptoms like this. This is some sort of physical or chemical irritation, or perhaps has a psychological origin. See a doctor if it continues, but no worries about STD.
