Hematoma: It is likely a hematoma (bleeding) that has occurred under your toe nail, very common in running. Options are to leave it go, be seen and have it drained, or drain it yourself with in a sterile fashion with a needle or hot paper clip. Definitely would need to be seen if you develop signs of infection like redness or purulent discharge.
