Does platysma have lymph nodes? as i stretched mine out i touched bump on one of the bands. is this node or fat or something else? had cold recently

Evaluation: The platysma muscle and the neck have lymphatic nodes. If you had a recent cold that would be a reason why to have some enlarged ones. If you still have them in 5-7 days, then consider having them evaluated. Hope this helps.
