Lymph node swelling: It's common to have some lymph gland swelling with infection, and not unusual for the node(s) to take time to regress to normal size. Sometimes, too, the nodes may never completely return to original size, and may calcify. As long as you are better, the node is not getting bigger, there is no reason for concern. Likely everything will normalize with time.
