What would cause lymph node along pelvis to enlarge? moves when touched, not super tender. had flu last week and then period but now at the end and just noticed yesterday. im very thin so can see the little bump in mirror. have bug bite nearby?

An infection in the pelvic area or bug bite might cause small lymph node to occur and be event. If it is freely moveable probably nothing to worry about. If it persists next time you see your PCP have him/her evaluate it on physical exam.
