Adjunct only: Don't expect any benefit from Coenzyme Q. It's a minor miracle for a few forms of heart disease, but not common cholesterol problems. I'd consider getting another opinion about how to manage your cholesterol. It's primarily genetic, and staying physically fit is your first line of management. Best wishes.
