I have tiny white dots in the corner of my lips it dosnt hurt or anything when i open my mouth but kinda feels weird i drule a lot when i sleep ?

It typically presents with erythema, maceration, scaling, and fissuring at the corners of the mouth. Lesions are most often bilateral and may be painful. Caused by excessive moisture and maceration from saliva and secondary infection with C. albicans.
