I heard that diastolic readings are not meant to fluctuate. my resting diastolic can be 60-65, but often goes up to 85-95 when i exhert. abnormal?

Diastolic: Diastolic BP is variable; typically should decline with exercise ,a rising value on treadmill graded exercise protocol is indicative of a hypertensive response
