Bp range for diastolic with normal walking around home? checked no rest time 128-137 over 92-97 ok? after resting for 5-10 minutes bp around 125/84.

BP: Your diastolic is mildly elevated but a true measurement needs to be done at rest. To reduce it slightly reducing your salt intake Would help. Good Luck
