Trauma: Soreness after that type of trauma isn't unusual. If your hearing is normal and there was no bleeding in your ear, no loss of consciousness, vomiting, unusual drowsiness , visual disturbances or dizziness I doubt any serious damage occurred. If you have further concerns, have your physician evaluate you.
