Yes: Patients with bleeding from a peptic ulcer may present with abdominal pain, nausea, red blood or coffee-ground vomit, or black, tarry stool. The symptoms described are concerning and you should urgently be evaluated by a physician. Stop all NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Advil, (ibuprofen) etc) and Aspirin use.
