Depends: B"sd replacement therapy for hypopit is challenging and can be very challenging during pregnancy. Much depends it partial or panhypopit. The later includes managing diabetes insipidus with changing dosing. Also corticosteroid replacement may change and thyroid dosing needs to be adjusted over the trimesters. Finally if gonadotropins missing, need endo reproductive specialist - not me.
