A member asked:

What's the treatment for pregnant women with hypopituitarism? wich hormones should be checked and how often?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: B"sd replacement therapy for hypopit is challenging and can be very challenging during pregnancy. Much depends it partial or panhypopit. The later includes managing diabetes insipidus with changing dosing. Also corticosteroid replacement may change and thyroid dosing needs to be adjusted over the trimesters. Finally if gonadotropins missing, need endo reproductive specialist - not me.
