Check for Hemorrhoid: At your age, 26 y/o, it is time to have a complete, baseline history and physical exam by your local physician. Remember to include in your medical history mention of constipation and bleeding in the discussion of bowel changes. Make sure the visit includes an exam of the rectum to check for hemorrhoids and test for occult blood in the stool. This will go a long way sorting out your concerns.
