Yeast? Herpes?: Yeast usually causes itching, irritation, and redness of the affected area, sometimes with white discharge. It could cause "white bumps", but usually not as the only symptom. If these started as blister-like with clear fluid that turned white over a day or two, or if they are becoming open sores, herpes would be likely. Don't take chances: see a doctor for professional evaluation. Good luck!
