I have a few moles on my wrists,hands, and face. these aren't moles that pop out a little these are totally flat. anyway i can get rid of them?

Why?: These sound benign. They could be removed surgically but that would create a small scar. Laser treatment might attenuate them somewhat. Moles of this character are very unlikely to become malignant. So why not ignore them?

Evaluation: Get them evaluated by a dermatologist. They sound benign, but better to be cautious about it. Hope this helps.
