Causes: There are 3 possible causes of numbness in both hands: 1. Pathology at the neck such as a disc herniation, shifted vertebrae (listhesis), or arthritis. 2. Vascular pathology such as thoracic outlet syndrome. 3. Muscle nodules called trigger points. Any of these could be possible in your situation.

Varies : It is usually a pinched nerve either in the neck, or in the arm itself. Don't hesitate to be seen. A nerve conduction test can potentially be of benefit.
