Other possibilities.: If your heart has been checked and everything is fine then other reason for those symptoms is a pinged nerve. It could be coming form your neck region or from the hand/arm running up, which if it is happening from the elbow down it could be some nerve irritation in that area. If you are having chest pain then go to the ED, but if not make an appointment with your doctor to check for other reasons
