Both can cause diarrhea: Or either alone, as a side effect. I am not sure if sertraline is indicated to treat headaches, but your doctor has a reason to prescribe it anyhow. Call your doctor, you can hold the cetirizine, but the sertraline needs to be phased out under doctor's supervision, good luck
