Serotonin syndrome: Serotonin syndrome is a condition of excess serotonin characterized by changes in mental status, autonomic instability, neuromuscular symptoms, and gastrointestinal symptoms. In severe cases, there can be temperature changes, irregular or rapid heart beat, nausea and/or vomiting, seizures and unconsciousness. Just muscle cramping with no other associated symptoms may be due to other causes.

Medication effects: I understand your concern. It is unlikely that taking Zyrtec, omeprazole and Zoloft (sertraline) will cause serotonin syndrome. Using Zyrtec together with Zoloft (sertraline) may increase dizziness, difficulty concentrating, impairment in thinking and judgment. Zoloft (sertraline) may cause Anxiety and leg cramps which can be due to stresses in life. See a Psychiatrist for Medication side effects, dose , gradual decrease, and Therapy
