Probably not, but...: It's unlikely the speculum exam caused this problem. I wouldn't say it's impossible, but I would want to know the reason for your pelvic exam a week ago and whether that problem is the cause of your symptoms. Either way, contact the doctor's office; they'll want to check this out. Good luck.
