Is there a way to see how much blood is in certain parts of body? such as splanchnic, chest and cerebral areas?

Flow, not amount.: We can readily assess blood flow through a vascular bed by Doppler studies, but we can't readily determine the amount of blood that is present in a given part of the body at a given point in time.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
