This is more likely : Angina, cardiac origin (coronary artery disease) and less likely the presentation of pe. If symptoms just came, chew an Aspirin and get seen at the er. If going on for a while, need to see your doctor sooner than later for a detailed cardiovascular exam, imaging and stress testing.
