Unclear: Do you mean that it won't enter your ear canal at all? If so, you may have too much earwax buildup and thus the obstruction. You may try one of those irrigation device for earwax removal since improper use of Qtip may damage your eardrums. Unless the eardrum is perforated , you won't expect the drop to get into the middle ear-which is not a good thing.
