See doctor: What you described does not add up. Tonsils are too far back to be hit with a tooth brush and certainly not both at the same time. If the bleeding has not stopped, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Time: Should stop bleeding within 10 minutes. If so, soft diet for a few days. Brush and floss to reduce bacterial levels. Salt water rinses may be soothing. If bleeding persists longer than a half hour go to ER, an Oral Surgeon, or an ENT office.
