LEVELS OF POSITIVITY CAN CHANGE WITH TIME BUT WOULD NOT EXPECT IT TO CHANGE ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS. LABS DO TESTING USING DIFFERENT SUBSTRATES ; OR SOMETIMES THERE ARE LAB ERRORS.
