Do different labs give different lab result #s? how accurate is quest diagnostic lab?

Slight differences: When labs use different methods for testing, the results are slightly different. Each lab provides its normal ranges and that should be used as a guide. Quest is accredited by the american college of pathologists and that requires maintaining good testing practices.
