Sort of: Most commonly would be a simple pimple or an ingrown hair. For either, moist warm compresses may speed resolution and lessen the chance of recurrence. A dermoid cyst is less likely in this area but possible; would need removal. Worse would be a little squamous or basal cell skin cancer. A picture would be worth more than 400 characters in this scenario.
