Genetic? Bowels?: I would wonder if others in your family have a similar body structure? There could be a genetic factor. Do you have regular bowel movements? Or any Constipation issues? Doing some core strengthening exercises to strengthen lower abdominal & lower back muscles might help. Definitely ask your Dr next time you see him/her
