My wife is fainting every few months. she takes levothyroxine 100 mcg and prevacid (lansoprazole) 15 mg. we are concerned. ?

I would be terribly concerned. Little reason to blame the meds. She needs cardiovascular and perhaps neurologic evaluations. On the serious side, brings to mind heart problems, abnormal blood pressure regulation or seizures
