Antibiotic: The raw skin can be treated with an antibiotic cream. Keeping the area protected with a bandaid is also helpful

TarTar.: It is probably best to get to the nature as to why the skin is raw and won't grow back. It could be due to mechanical irritation or worse, an underlying infection. You may be doing yourself harm if first you don't have the toe evaluated by a specialist. These things can get out of hand quickly.
