How : How long did you use the athlete's foot cream? It can take a few weeks of using it twice a day for you to notice an improvement. Have you tried changing your soap? It may be extremely dry, which is why the vaseline is working. You can try a heavy cream (in a jar) like eucerin or aquaphor. If the problem persists you should see your doctor for an evaluation and treatment. I hope you are better soon.
