Antifungal: I believe you are referring to the little splits people get underneath the toes and sometimes inbetween the toes. These are usually caused by a fungus, commonly referred to as athlete's foot. Try to find a over-the-counter antifungal spray or gel. Ointments and creams sometimes keep the skin too moist.
