Hard: Typically adults need between 6- 8 hours of sleep at night. Getting less often makes you build up sleep dept and you need more by the end of the week. Avoid caffeine and alcohol and make the most of the sleep that you do get. Check out the national sleep foundation good sleep tips.

Probably Not: Your body really needs a bare minimum of 6 hours of sleep a night, and does much better in the 7-9 hour range. A night here or there of less than 6 hours can be tolerated, but routinely less does not allow enough time for all the things your brain and hormones need to accomplish during sleep. If you can't muster up another hour, try to get a solid hour nap during the day to refresh those neurons.
