Those indices don't: really mean much unless the other indices also are flagged. Are your Hemoglobin and Hematocrit also low? If they are, then along with the low RBC, you may have anemia. Anemia is a deficiency in relative red blood cell volume in blood - if you have anemia, you can feel fatigue, low energy, depression, shortness of breath, dizziness on standing, pale color of your skin and/or blue lips.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual results not high and low. What is your hemoglobin? For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
