R/O GANGLION CYST: If the lump is on your mouth and movable it is less worrisome and may be a ganglion cyst vs lipoma. You need an exam, labs and consult by ENT or Plastic Surgeon .Please seek prompt evaluation for this issue if symptoms persist or worsen
