Don't do it again...: Ibuprofen and naproxen are essentially the same thing, naproxen just lasts longer. So, taking both together at maximal doses has no potential for added pain relief but lots of potential for added side effects. Done a single time, it's unlikely to cause lasting harm, but done repeatedly will cause very serious problems. Drink lots of water, give it time, pepto, zantac (ranitidine) or TUMS may help some.

Not recommended: do not take naproxen and ibuprofen within 8-12 hours of each other to avoid side effects (stomach pain). Ask your doctor to prescribe you an antacid, and use only the type your doctor recommends.
