I took 800 mg ibuprofen at 730, now almost 130. i'm going to bed and was thinking of taking aleve (naproxen) pm, is this ok? i'm 250 lbs

NSAIDs: It is OK to use NSAIDS as directed, but the caution is for long term use or if contraindications exist with pre-existing gastrointestinal disease (ulcers), kidney issues, or bleeding issues. Recommendations are for dosing every 8 hours and should be followed, unless directed otherwise by your physician. Alleve and Ibuprofen are both NSAIDs.
