Depends on healing: MairaQ, After brain surgery, any new neurologic deficit will heal. The amount of healing depends on how badly brain was injured. The duration of healing is easy to figure out. It depends on how rapidly or slowly you are healing. If it has been a few weeks since your surgery and your eyes are getting better, then the healing will be fast. If it has been years, the healing will take a long time.
