If a surgeon can realign the eyes surgically, is it possible the brain will fix residual problems between the two eyes? i'm looking at a 2nd surgery.

Get 2nd opinion: If you've had strabismus surgery already, and there are still double vision uncorrected by glasses with prisms, then you need a second opinion before undergoing another surgery. In children, it's easier for the brain to self correct after strabismus surgery, more than adults. However, there's been some success with Botox used in kids in place of surgery. See if that's an option 4 u r not as a thot.
