Move out of way: If a landslide is imminent, your top priority is to get out of the path. Move to the nearest high ground. If rocks and debris are approaching quickly, run for the nearest shelter and take cover (if possible, under a desk, table, or other piece of furniture).

Landslide: 1. Evacuate if possible - remember that roads may not be safe. 2. If you remain in home move to second story or higher if possible. 3 Curl into a tight ball & protect your head. 4. Stay AWAY from any landslide area. 5. Stay alert for possible flooding after the landslide. 6. Don't approach downed power lines. 7. Listen to local radio or tv stations for updated emergency info.
