Yes : The situation warrants close monitoring but in general ultrasound findings of partial abruption do not warrant delivery at 34wks. If you begin to bleed or show signs of fetal compromise that could change quickly. You are at increased risk for heavy sudden bleeding which carries additional risk being a jw and need to continue taking iron, vitamins, etc to minimize risks of anemia.
