No and Yes: Surgery for spondylolysis requires fusion with titanium metal implants. If you fuse well, which as a 28-year-old you should, it is very unlikely you will re-fracture the spondylolysis. As for that part of the spine being weak spot, there is nothing more stronger than your own healthy spine without spondylolysis. So, even with successful fusion as strong as that is, it will be slightly weaker.

Unlikely: There are 2 surgical approaches to a spondylysis- a fusion or a direct repair. If you are still having pain, you would want to ensure your surgery is healed, a ct scan can show this for sure. If the surgery is healed, it will be the strongest part of your back and so it would be extremely unlikely you could injure it again. Much more likely that if you had an injury it would be other level.
