I had pneumonia, and i feel better, but i have intense pain on my ribs.ct scan found nothing. doc prescribed me gabapentin but it's not working.

May be pleuritis: Pain from irritation of the lungs following a bout of pneumonia can at times happen and last a few weeks that may or may not be responsive to gabapentin since it is not true neuropathic pain. You can choose to increase the gabapentin (after first speaking to your prescribing provider), stay hydrated, and can try more natural pain alternative such as turmeric and ginger.
