Probably not: Moisturizer affects only the outer , non-living lining of the skin. It will minimize wrinkling and make the skin feel softer and smoother. But it does not noursih or change the underlying living tissue, so it will not prevent wrinkle formation. It does not harm to use the lotion, and the cosmetic industry makes tons of money selling products offering relief in this area.
