CeraVe vs alternate: CeraVe is an excellent product for eczema or just really dry skin and less greasy than some similar products. It does contain ceramides and hyaluronic acid, which add heaviness. You could consider a lighter non-alcohol containing lotion for your face such as Vanicream or Eucerin.
