Wow!! Ouch!!: No, transfusion of 3 units should not change/dilute your hepatitis B antibody levels. Red blood cells survive and are replenished about every 120 days. So presuming that your red blood cells replenished normally after your transfusion, your hepatitis B antibodies should be stable. It is now 10 years since your vaccine; if you are at increased risk, consider asking for antibody check. Stay well:)
