Probably not: There are very specific electodiagnostic criteria for ALS on EMG/NCS. It is called El Escorial criteria without which it is difficult to diagnose ALS. With a normal study, you likely do not have ALS and there are other causes for fasciculations in muscle groups assuming that is what they are. The calves are particularly vulnerable. I suggest speaking with your doctor or make a virtual appointment.
