I have been diagnosed with arthrosis of the ac joint at 27 and cannot afford an excision. how can i manage the pain without surgery?

The Perioperative morbidity from a straightforward arthroscopic AC joint excision is quite low. The "down time" can be very short. After a week or so of "soft tissue rest," you will likely be able to advance as tolerated with motion and strength if surgery becomes indicated.
